Summary:
Extraterrestrials are attacking Earth, and a group of eight humans gather to discuss what to do. Despite America's desire to fight, England and France are still healing from a previous conflict, Japan is undecided, and Italy chooses to raise the white flag. The summit concludes with no agreement, and each party faces the aliens in their own way. All military operations, however, prove futile, and the white flag is disregarded. Reluctantly, the eight meet and decide that infiltrating the aliens' mother-ship is the only way to find their weakness.

Summary:
Greece continues to battle with his country's financial problems, leaving it up to other countries to devise strategies to revive his economy. This quickly leads to what is known as the Industrial Revolution, in which America rises to utterly outperform the rest of the globe in terms of both technology and economic strength.
Fearing that he is losing influence on a worldwide scale, England asks other countries for suggestions on how to improve his country's image. Smaller nations, on the other hand, are keen to make their mark with their newfound freedom. Czechoslovakia has been legally divided into the Czech Republic and Slovakia, leaving the two nations at odds but with plenty of free time.

Summary:
If the United Kingdom and America are to have a chance against Italy and Germany on the African Front, they must set aside centuries of animosity and work together. France pledges vengeance on Germany after being beaten by a dubious border security technology. In another region of the world, the Nordic countries argue over how similar they are, much to Finland's chagrin. Meanwhile, after meeting Wy and Seborga, Sealand starts on an extremely ambitious journey to find the other micronations.

Hetalia Axis Powers is a game that takes these questions and runs with them, giving countries personalities. While educating the audience, the play takes a comic and light approach to politics and historical events.
The plot is set mostly during World War I and World War II, and it focuses on the Axis Powers while occasionally highlighting the difficult relationship between the Allies. North Italy, who is clumsy, carefree, and loves pasta; Germany, who is serious but quickly ruffled; and Japan, who is stern but has strange interests, are all featured in The Axis Powers.
Hidekaz Himaruya's hugely popular webcomic has been transformed into a print manga.
